You show a tube and inflate a balloon inside it so that it protrudes at the top and bottom of the tube.
Take a couple of sharp pencils and pierce the tube and the balloon from side to side. It is an amazing sight that can be freely shown all around - the balloon fails to burst!
Remove the pencils and burst the balloon to show that it is genuine.
