A spectator thinks of a number from one through to ten and then secretly transposes that number of cards from the top of a packet to the bottom, while your back is turned.
You turn about and remove a single card which you hold face down in full view. The spectator announces his freely thought of number and you turn up the single card you removed – to show the pips on it, which total exactly the number of cards the spectator freely transferred.
The effect can now be repeated any number of times to becoming more & more baffling & destroying any theory the spectators may form as to how it is done.
Spectators can move cards while you are out of the room and without you touching the cards, the spectator secretly moves some down from the top. He does this, and you tell him to turn over a specific card, say at the fifth from the top, It proves to be a card with the spectators secret number on it. This also can be repeated if you wish.
You can even include a written prediction Of the outcome
Finally the spectator freely instructs you how to deal or change ten cards about and is totally flabbergasted to find that he has arranged the ten cards in an exact numerical order
