The following charges cover just a part of our postage, packing and handling costs.
To order: Simply click on the 'Add to cart' button for the item(s)that you wish to receive. You can use the View (top right of screen) to check your order and Checkout (top right of screen)when you have completed your order.
2. You will then be transfered to the secure PayPal credit card processing site where you will be asked for your name, address and other details.
Please be sure to fill in ALL the blanks even if you have to repeat yourself, we find this works best on all order forms.
3. When you have checked your order, simply click the submit button and your credit card account will be charged.
4. You will receive an email (usually within 24 hours except weekends and holidays which may take longer).

In the U.K. £3.95 per package (not per item) will be added So the more you order at any one time the less it costs you. (But also see About Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Europe (including Southern Ireland) £6.95. Other Counties Please contact us first telling us what you wish to order; we will then advise you of the total cost. (But also see Overseas tracked mail).
U.K Small packages are usually sent either second or first class post (depending on weight and size).
Due to the recent significant rate increase by the Post Office more packages may now have to be sent second class post. Should you need your items urgently then please use the Royal Mail Special Delivery UK option which can be found under any Category: About Royal Mail Special Delivery on our Home page. Thank you.
You can increase the insurance on your parcel against loss or damage in the post for up to the value of £100.00 at an extra cost of £4.00.
This insurance is optional but is especially recommended where the value of your order exceeds £50.00.
Most orders received before 12.00 noon Mondays to Fridays will be dispatched the same or the following day. We keep quite large stocks of the items that we advertise but in the unlikely event anything is out of stock you will be immediately informed, together with an estimated date you should receive it. We do not send substitutes unless requested.
Returns: Please be very careful what you select and remember that we are selling magic secrets, once you have the secret refunds cannot be made. For this reason we do not accept any returns unless an item is proven to be defective. In the case an item is defective we can only offer a replacement as you already have the secret.
Before any replacement item is returned to you, we must first verify that the item is in fact defective.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
