You show an opaque wooden briefcase (approx 8.5 x 6.5 x 1" deep, plus handle) which has four different coloured "pencils" or plugs one of which, you explain, has some banknotes hanging on it.
The person who chooses and pulls out the right coloured plug gets all the money.
Three audience members are given a free choice; pulling one plug each out themselves but to no avail.
You always win, for when the plug you are left with is pulled out by a member of the audience, the bundle of real banknotes fall out into your waiting hands!
