A second spectator selects one of these fourteen different times purely by chance, by cutting with a pair of ordinary scissors.

Use any wrist or pocket watch and any two spectators.
Can also be presented as a prediction effect in which you also set a borrowed watch or your own at the selected time.
The effect is very easy to do.
