You display an empty black can with white spots, a black silk and a white silk.
The two silks are tucked into the can and after several comedy bits about the silks changing colour and when the audience is thoroughly convinced that you are pulling their leg, you pass your hand over the can wiping off all the spots.
You then toss the spots into the can and remove the two silks which are found to have spots all over them.
