For that special occasion such as a birthday party, wedding, anniversary, or similar event at which you are performing, nothing will top this.
You display four picture cards face down (and there are only four). You show the face card of the packet to be Congratulations and you remove it and lay it face down on the table. You then show the new face card, it’s another Congratulations picture and it gets placed face down next to the first face down card upon the table. This sequence is repeated twice more until there are four face down Congratulation cards upon the table.
You, or the guest of honour, turn them over one by one, as you say, “This is my magical way of saying congratulations!” The first card amazingly reveals a large chocolate cake as you quip, “If I had the time, I would have baked you a delicious cake.” The next card is turned over to show a beautiful bunch of blooms as you remark, “And also got you a bouquet of flowers.” The third card is turned over to reveal a picture of balloons. “And I would have blown up a lot of balloons for you, but I think this last card magically says it all…”
The last card is turned to show it is the only one that says congratulations!
A clever tribute effect and perfect for that special event or celebration. You will learn to do it in less than five minutes as it is surprisingly easy to do. Highly recommended.
