When Milbourne Christoper toured England I managed to catch his show one foggy night in Birmingham. The Mentalism part of his act was standing ovation stuff and afterwards I couldn't wait to get my copy of One Man Mental Magic from Tannon's in New York, where it cost me a small fortune in postage at the time.
A few years later it also cost me an arm and a leg to get the follow up book More One Man Mental Magic.
