A marvellous pocket trick that can be performed anywhere at any time.
I have always been a fan of monte tricks and over the years I have performed several versions of this poplar audience-participation monte effect, always with excellent results, so I make no apology for including one of my favourites with Million Dollar Monte.
Explaining that you picked up some big money gambling cards in Las Vegas you show your audience three picture cards. One is of a million dollars banknote and the other two are five-dollar pictures of play money with no value whatsoever. The million dollars card is mixed in with the other two five-dollar cards.
Your spectators try to pick out the million dollars when the cards are face down but they simply cannot find it, instead they get a five-dollar card every time, and further still the million dollars card vanishes completely leaving just five-dollar cards.
Where is the missing million dollars? Well, you claim that when the audience was misdirected you slipped the big money card into your pocket and amazingly you prove your statement by taking it out of your pocket or some other unlikely place tossing it onto the table!
Cards can now be left for examination.
Very easy to do requiring no skill. You will be performing this to good effect within 20 minutes of reading the instructions. Also available in Jumbo and Giant sized cards for stand-up shows and stage.
