Leprechaun Magic
Leprechaun Magic
Product ID: 4295
You show four pictures of Leprechauns as you explain in the year 1065, they moved to live in Ireland as all other countries in the world refused them sanctuary and sent them on their way.
The kind-hearted Irish folks welcomed them with open arms, and particularly loved their smart green suits and hats that they wore. Each Leprechaun is shown to be wearing a green suit and hat.
But the Leprechaun King told them that the national colour of Ireland was originally blue, so you now show the back of each card has a blue back and they were to wear this colour on their backs as their way of saying thank you to the kind Irish people for their welcome and accommodation.
However, some of the Leprechauns objected to this colour and this caused trouble in the Leprechaun rank & file and being short in size and with tempers to match, they were soon at a terrible war with each other.
The Irish King and the Leprechaun King discussed this problem together and decided that if the little men wore their smart green suits, they could have whatever colour they liked on their backs.
Delighted by this solution, the leprechauns did a little magical dance for joy which changed their back colours to red, green, orange and blue!
The cards are now shown to each have a different colour to each other, as you continue, “Which is why green, the colour of the shamrock which grows there, is such a popular colour despite the old Irish flag being blue, and the Leprechauns have lived peacefully and happily in that country for many years.
Then cards are all turned face down and spread out showing the four different colours and can be left for the audience to examine. Bringing your charming mystery to a heart-warming climax.
Comes complete with laminated picture cards (approx 4.75 x 3.5”, 12 x 5cms) & instructions.
