I am releasing Ten-Card Knockout for the very first time, it proved to be the perfect effect for close-up and walkabout, and Stand Up shows. Also, it is a baffling method that is very easy to do and is quickly re-set.
It has been so successful over the years that I made myself a set in table-hopping sized playing cards, suitable for cabaret and stage performances where it proved to be a super, baffling showstopper in both my magic and mentalism shows, a real applause-puller.
Positioning a sealed prediction envelope in full view, you show ten face-down table-hopping sized playing cards, (only ten are used, no extras). A spectator chooses a number from one to ten and the card that corresponds to that freely chosen number is displayed.
The envelope is now opened to show it contains one single sheet of paper that reveals your prediction written in bold black ink. Amazingly it correctly names the exact playing card so freely chosen!
Only ten cards are used, and they are perfectly normal in every way. Easy to do and cannot fail, a different card can be predicted at every performance. All the playing cards and the prediction paper can be left with your audience if you wish. Can be performed using any ten cards, poker size, tarot etc. A knockout climax and a real stunner.
