You show a laminated picture of Father Christmas with his sack of toys, together with four individual pictures of Snowmen, then quick as a flash you show them again but Santa Claus has vanished leaving just four pictures of Snowmen!
“Everyone feel in your pockets and also make sure you are not sitting on Santa. Where can Father Christmas have got to - nobody knows.”
That is until you explain that Santa, “Felt a little chilly mixing with snowmen so sneaked away perhaps to find a hot spot inside your jacket pocket, or a suitable place in the room.” [your choice]; “until he is warm enough to reappear and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.”
Finally you discover where he is hiding and produce him from your inside pocket or ask someone to take him from wherever in the room you have hidden him.
