A fun routine suitable for all ages featuring three Jokers and the Ace of Hearts.
You introduce a large envelope with a window on one side, into which you slip a large sized Joker whose back can be seen through the window.
Then you introduce two more oversized Jokers and a large Ace of Hearts which are mixed together with one card face upwards and the other two face down. You ask the audience to guess if the Ace card is on top or bottom of the three cards . They promptly call out, “In the middle!” so you fan the three cards to show the middle card is a Joker saying, “The joker is on you, the middle card is a joker.” One Joker is discarded,
and again you ask if the Ace is the top or bottom card, no matter which they choose you show that card saying, “The joker is on you again, you have picked out another joker!”
One card is left in your hand face down as you explain this is the Ace of Hearts - but this time the ‘Joker is on you’ as it proves to be a third Joker. “Where can that elusive Ace of Hearts have got to?”
All I revealed when the card that has been positioned in full view in the envelope turns out to be the elusive Ace of Hearts!
You don’t have to be a comedian to get big laughs with Jokers & the Ace of Hearts nor do you need any skill to present it; it is proving to be my favourite audience participation mystery effect and I am sure it will soon be yours.
