On your performance table stands five bottled (or canned) drinks, all containing different beverages and all the same size, such as beers and soft drinks.
A spectator is asked to mentally choose one, (no force) then they are covered with five identical covers such as paper bags or napkins held in place with rubber bands. They are finally mixed so that no one knows the position of any particular drink.
With your back turned you direct the spectator to move the bottles themselves and then one by one they are eliminated until only one remains which amazingly proves to be the one that the spectator has in his mind with which he drinks to the health of the audience!
This fabulous routine can be performed completely impromptu where drinks are available, even over the telephone.
Remember the spectator only thinks of his choice and you do not know what it is until he reveals it verbally just before he removes the cover off the last bottle.
