Using a few picture cards with colourful backs, your audience member eliminates some cards one by one saying until they get down to the last card, the discarded cards are all turned face upwards and prove to be unlucky as they call for the participant to be killed with red thumbs down signs.
However luck smiles on them that wait, for the last card which they hold proves to be a lucky card with a green thumb pointing upwards indicating good luck is coming their way that appears by magic from nowhere or so it seems!
Devil’s Hand Mystery is a baffling effect as at the start all the hand pictures are shown as red thumbs down hands, with no lucky green hand to be seen until the finish when everything can be left for examination. The effect has its own built in applause cue for your audience.
