Offering to explain what happened, you show three villains dressed up in green suits disguised as Santa’s Helpers.
The picture of Father Christmas is now mixed up with the villains and there’s some fun when a few cards are turned with their backs to the audience who try to pick out which one is Santa but one by one the pictures prove to be villains as Santa has disappeared without a trace; no one can find him.
The wicked villains may have caused him to vanish or Santa has worked his magic and made himself invisible, either way it is obvious there are going to be no toys or presents delivered this Christmas. Everyone checks and cannot see where Santa is hiding, he seems to have disappeared completely.
Finally, the boys and girls say a magic word and you show that the envelope is completely empty. But thankfully the magic word does the trick and Santa Claus mysteriously reappears before the audience’s very eyes.
