David Hemmingway's Colour Chance
David Hemmingway's Colour Chance
Product ID: 4472
Hemmingway first released this stunner in the IBM’s Linking Ring vol 86, number 12 December 2006.
After seeing it in Hemmingway’s lecture, Roy Baker commented about this item, ‘This is the most logical Just Chance EVER, nothing seeming fairer could be devised.’
As I had a part in bringing this to life, Hemmingway gave me permission both to use it myself and to market it.
In my version you have three different coloured gift bags, standing upon your table for example green, blue and yellow.
You also have three manilla envelopes each of which contains a coloured plaque each of which matches the colour of the gift bags.
Two spectators each take an envelope leaving the last one for you, they open their envelopes and let’s say one has a green plaque inside, he gets the green gift bag and finds a little present of chocolate inside. The second spectator’s plaque is, let us say, yellow and her bag also contains a small chocolate gift.
You open your envelope, let’s say it is the blue one, and to the amazement of your audience it has a half bottle of Champagne or if you prefer hundreds of banknotes!
Cannot fail, 100% certain, baffling in the extreme and very easy to perform. This version of Just Chance is capable of infinite presentational variations as you could wish for. All can be examined by your audience at the finish.
Comes complete with three coloured gift bags (when measured flat excluding handles approx 8.5 x 5”, 21.5 x 12.5cms) envelopes, plaques & instructions.
