You show three playing cards fanning them out to show their faces – two spot cards and a picture card in the centre.
Explaining that the picture card will disappear you close up the fan and immediately fan them out again, the picture card is now seen to be back upwards between the other two.
Immediately the face down card is removed and tossed face upwards on the table, where it is seen that the picture card has now magically changed into a blank card!
Both the front and backs of each card are seen. The missing picture card is now reproduced from your pocket.
